Terms and Conditions of Service
By accessing and using WilcomputeIT Technologies Services you agree to the necessary procedure,
tools, and software provided to accomplish the task at hand. Any services allowed will constitute
an acceptance of this agreement and approve to all necessary information required to complete services.
Necessary information may include, but not limited to, downloading third party software, computer and/or
network passwords, change in settings or resolution of devices, and applying patches and/or updates.
Passwords, Mac Address, and IP information will be kept private and removed from WilcomputeIT Technologies
possession after services are completed. WilcomputeIT Technologies strongly encourage changing passwords
after services are completed.
Hardware replacements are warranted by manufacture warranty. WilcomputeIT Technologies will replace hardware
free of charge only if product fails during or within 30 days of repair. Hardware will be purchased from local
stores and approved vendors. Refurbished parts are not used, unless written or verbal consent is provide by customer.
Limited Liability
WilcomputeIT Technologies will not be liable for any claims in regards to the physical functioning of equipment/media
or storage media. Deletion of files or data is anticipated in order to complete certain computer repairs, but will
not be executed as an intentional or malicious act. Customers will be notified of lost data, but will not hold
WilcomputeIT Technologies responsible for any claims regarding preexisting physical functioning of equipment/media or
the condition or existence of data on storage media supplied before, during or after service. WilcomputeIT Technologies
liability of any kind, in respect to the services provided including negligence on its part, shall be limited to the
contract price for services.
Confidentiality
WilcomputeIT Technologies in all circumstances will not disclose any information or data files provided, stored on,
or recovered from client's equipment except with employees or agents of WilcomputeIT Technologies or as required by law.
Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of successful repair, prior to release of computer or (whether shipped, or picked up),
unless special previous arrangements have been agreed upon by client and WilcomputeIT Technologies.
WilcomputeIT Technologies accept all payments through PayPal. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all subject
to a 3.5% service charge.
No Fix, No Fee Policy
If WilcomputeIT Technologies is able to resolve the problem and completed a full diagnostic and consultation, but is prevented
from completing service upon customer request, customer will be charged for the time disbursed and a minimum travel fee of $50.
If under any circumstances services are unable to be provided due to lack of resources or professional knowledge, no charge is
required from customer (manufacture or external warranty excluded).
Warranty
WilcomputeIT Technologies provide a 14 day warranty on laptop and desktop services. Opened hardware and Software is non-refundable,
unless other arrangements have been stated in written agreement between client and WilcomputeIT Technologies. Warranty applies the
day services have been completed, unless other contractual arrangements have been agreed upon between client and WilcomputeIT
Technologies.
